HyperCare is operated by FOG Technologies Ltd, registered in Nigeria. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this service.

Data we collect

• Account: email, full name, country, language.
• Health: blood pressure readings, medications, mood notes.
• Technical: IP address, browser, session metadata for security and audit.

Your rights (NDPA / GDPR)

You can access, correct, export and permanently delete your data from the Health Passport at any time. Email privacy@fog-technologies.com to file a data subject request.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Row-Level Security policies enforce that you can only access your own records. Sensitive admin actions are logged to an append-only audit trail.
