Privacy Policy

FOG Technologies Ltd ("we") operates HyperCare and processes personal and health data under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, password hash.
• Health data: blood pressure readings, medications, consultations, clinical notes.
• Device & usage data: browser, IP, audit log of sensitive actions.
• Payment data: handled by Paystack; we never store full card numbers.

How we use it

• Deliver care: BP tracking, crisis prediction, doctor matching, video consults.
• Safety: emergency contacts notified when you trigger SOS.
• Service operation: billing, fraud prevention, security audits.
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics for public-health reporting.

Your rights

• Access & export — download all your data from Security settings.
• Correction — edit profile and readings at any time.
• Deletion — request account deletion; we hard-delete after a 30-day grace period.
• Object to processing — withdraw consent for marketing or recordings.

Sharing

We share only with your treating doctor (assigned), with emergency contacts on SOS, and with processors (Paystack for payments, Daily.co for video, Lovable Cloud for hosting). We never sell data.

Retention

Health records retained 7 years (NDPR/medical baseline). Audit logs archived after 90 days, deleted after 7 years.
